tBFT Terms and Conditions

Bookings are taken on a first come first served basis. Our tours sell out quickly, and we can only finalise your booking once payment is received or we have your voucher number.

Places on our regularly scheduled tours are £50 per person.

If you would like to enquire about booking a private or bespoke tour, just email us: thebristolfoodtour@gmail.com

All bookings are final and we cannot issue refunds. However, we may be able to reschedule your booking if you let us know you can't attend no less than 14 days before your tour. Please email us to enquire.

We have a minimum group size of 4 for our regularly scheduled public tours. If this is not met three days before the tour, we will contact you to rebook, rearrange or refund your tickets.

Voucher Sales

Vouchers are £50 each. The £2.50 p&p charge doesn't apply if you would like an E-Voucher.

All vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase and can be used on any tour with availability, just email us to enquire: thebristolfoodtour@gmail.com

To book on a tour with a voucher, you must quote the voucher number to us in your enquiry email.

Expired vouchers cannot be extended or refunded.

We also sell vouchers in denominations of £10, so you can buy as many as you like to gift to loved ones! These vouchers can be used towards any tour with availability or towards a private tour booking - the recipient will just need to pay the remaining balance towards the tour.

These vouchers are non refundable and non exchangeable. They will expire after six months from the date they were issued, and cannot be extended.

On The Tour

The Bristol Food Tour cannot accept responsibility for the following: any damage to or loss of personal items, or any personal injury whilst on the tour.

Anyone attending is responsible for telling tBFT if they have any dietary restrictions upon booking. We work to accommodate dietary requirements to the best of our ability. With the information provided by tour guests, we are then able to inform the food vendors we visit about the specified requirements, and order food which is suitable for everyone on the tour. Then, responsibility for ensuring there are no traces of any specified allergens in the food provided is upon the food vendor, not tBFT.

While on the tour, your guide and other tour guests are likely to take photos, which will be shared on our social media platforms. If you don't want us to use any images you might be in, please let us or your guide know.

We require tour guests to wear masks throughout the tour, unless eating.

We also recommend that guests bring their own bottle of water, as we can no longer provide water due to Covid safety reasons.

Food will not be shared. At each of the stop-offs, food will be pre-portioned.

Due to the ever-changing state of things, tours are subject to last minute changes of venues, though the tour route will take place in the same area of the city. We will always work to ensure you have a great experience and sample food from the same number of great stop-offs, even if they change.

Again, given the current state of things, tours are subject to last minute cancellations. We hope you will understand should this be the case. If your tour is cancelled at short notice, we will email you and offer three options:

  1. To rebook on a future tour

  2. To receive a voucher to use at a later date (with a six month expiry from the date of your booked tour)

  3. To receive a refund

Refund and cancellation policy

As a small business in such difficult times, we have a strict no refund policy.

We can rearrange bookings at no cost if you let us know you’re unable to attend no less than 14 days before your tour date.

If your tour is cancelled by tBFT at short notice, we will offer you three options:

  1. To rebook on a future tour

  2. To receive a voucher to use at a later date (with a six month expiry from the date of your booked tour)

  3. To receive a refund

We take your payment or voucher booking and attendance as confirmation that you agree
